Kumaio® Aminos Sauce, which gives your morning a touch of exoticism. Whether with spring onions, mushrooms, peppers or cheese - this omelette can be adapted to your taste.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Kumaio® Aminos Sauce
- pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 shot of sparkling water
- Butter for frying
- Spring onions, mushrooms, peppers or cheese of your choice
PREPARATION:

In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the Kumaio® Aminos sauce, salt and pepper. For a fluffier omelette, stir in a dash of sparkling water.

Heat a large enough skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Wait until the butter has melted and evenly coats the pan.

Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Allow it to set over medium heat. Shake the pan occasionally so that the omelette cooks evenly.

Before the omelette is completely set, add your chosen toppings such as spring onions, mushrooms, peppers or cheese.

Once the omelette is set, carefully fold it and slide it onto a plate.
