INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
- 250 grams of pasta
- 2 pieces of salmon
- Kumaio® Amino Sauce
- 1 small onion cut
- 1 bell pepper
- 250 ml milk or cream
- Lemon zest of a lemon
- food starch
- Flour
- Salt
- pepper
PREPARATION:
- Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Pour a generous amount of Kumaio® Aminos Sauce over them to completely cover them. Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for about 4-6 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Fry the onion in a pan with oil, then add the sliced peppers and season with salt and pepper and cook until al dente. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.

Bring 250 ml of milk or cream to the boil and add a tablespoon of the Aminos sauce and the fresh lemon zest. Use cornstarch to bring the sauce to the desired consistency.
- Roll the marinated salmon in some flour and then fry it over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the fried salmon on the pasta, garnished with the fried vegetables and pour the creamy sauce over everything.
