Salmon in Aminos Harmony

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:

  • 250 grams of pasta
  • 2 pieces of salmon
  • Kumaio® Amino Sauce
  • 1 small onion cut
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 250 ml milk or cream
  • Lemon zest of a lemon
  • food starch
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • pepper

PREPARATION:

  • Start by seasoning the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Pour a generous amount of Kumaio® Aminos Sauce over them to completely cover them. Let the salmon marinate in the refrigerator for about 4-6 hours to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Fry the onion in a pan with oil, then add the sliced ​​peppers and season with salt and pepper and cook until al dente. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Bring 250 ml of milk or cream to the boil and add a tablespoon of the Aminos sauce and the fresh lemon zest. Use cornstarch to bring the sauce to the desired consistency.

  • Roll the marinated salmon in some flour and then fry it over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve the fried salmon on the pasta, garnished with the fried vegetables and pour the creamy sauce over everything.
