INGREDIENTS:
- Cooked rice
- Kumaio® Amino Sauce
- Finely chopped vegetables such as: peas, carrots, spring onions, peppers, mushrooms,
- Eggs
- (Coconut) oil for frying
PREPARATION:
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan and fry the cooked rice until it becomes slightly crispy.
- Add the chopped vegetables and fry until al dente. The variety of vegetables not only adds flavor, but also makes the dish look colorful.
- Make room in the middle of the pan and crack the eggs into it. Stir until set, then mix with rice and vegetables.
- Finally, add the Kumaio® Aminos Sauce and stir well. The sauce adds a deep flavor and umami notes to the dish.
