This hummus with an amino kick is not only a healthy and delicious dip, but also a real eye-catcher on every table. Whether as an accompaniment to a starter platter, as a dip for flatbread, breadsticks or fresh vegetables - this hummus gives every snack an exotic and spicy note.
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 3 tbsp Kumaio® Aminos Sauce
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp sesame paste
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet
- Optional: 2 tsp olive oil for decoration
PREPARATION:
- Start by draining the chickpeas and placing them in a blender.
- Add the Kumaio® Aminos sauce, garlic, sesame paste (tahini), lemon juice, salt, cumin and paprika powder. Blend everything until it forms a smooth, creamy mixture. If necessary, add a little water to achieve the perfect consistency.
- For that special something, the hummus can be garnished with olive oil, fresh herbs and an extra dash of Aminos Sauce.
