The spice mix for your favourite mulled wine
It's very easy to prepare : Heat your base drink, e.g. sweet red or white wine, grape or apple juice, and add the mulled wine spices as desired. We recommend 3-4 heaped tablespoons of spice mix per liter of liquid. You can also add fresh orange peel and sweeten the drink with sugar as needed. Leave to steep for 10 minutes and you're done! Important: Only heat to around 75°C, otherwise the alcohol will evaporate. Then pour off the spices and enjoy your delicious mulled wine!
Tip: Hot mulled apple wine also tastes great with a shot of gin or amaretto!
