Imagine: You are in South Africa, near Cape Town, at the Franschhoek winery, and you take a sip of this wine:

The Chardonnay is elegant and expressive. Vanilla and jam aromas appear on the nose, while creamy citrus and vanilla notes with well-integrated wood notes appear on the palate. This Chardonnay has a long, spicy finish.

By storing the wine for about 9 months in French oak barrels, it gets a special woody note.

Drinking recommendation: Ideal with creamy fish dishes, mussels or creamy curry dishes.
