Simply marinate the jackfruit with pesto and enjoy it in a salad or in a wrap!
This is what you need for the pesto version:
- Kumaio® - Pulled Jackfruit
- basil
- olive oil
- Parmesan
- Pine nuts
- Salt
- pepper
- Garlic
How to do it:
Make the pesto. Mix the pesto with the jackfruit and leave in the fridge overnight. It can be used perfectly as a topping for salads or as a filling for wraps.
Tip: Can also be marinated with a red fiery pesto with chili.
