Chicken salad vegetarian or even vegan? No problem at all with jackfruit ! A real treat with both classic mayonnaise and a light pesto!
This is what you need for a spicy salad:
- Kumaio® Young Green Jackfruit Pieces
- (Vegan) Mayonnaise
- curry
- spring onions
- chili
- Sugar
- soy sauce
How to do it:
Cut jackfruit into the desired size. Mix mayonnaise and remaining ingredients and add jackfruit.
Tip: Add fresh mango or mango chutney
